The mission of Goodwin Elementary is working in partnership with students, families, the workplace, and community, to prepare all students to be high achievers and responsible caring citizens by providing a nurturing environment that promotes self-esteem, respect for others and a passion for learning. 7:30 am to 2:30 pm
Students may enter the cafeteria beginning at 7:00 am for breakfast. At 7:15 students are released into the building. Any parents wishing to enter the building must obtain a visitor's pass in the front office.

STEP 2: Please bring the following documents to the school's front office:
- Original Birth Certificate – we will make a copy.
- South Carolina Certificate of Immunization
- 2 proofs of residency:
- copy of mortgage statement, lease agreement or tax bill AND
- utility bill (SCE&G or Charleston Water – NOT cable or cell phone bill)
**Please note:Registration will not be complete or processed until BOTH steps 1 &2 are completed and ALL documentation is received in our office.
