They painted a garbage can to show how Goodwin Elementary is helping the environment. They drew a picture of the Goodwin Gator dropping an item in a blue recycle bin which says "Goodwin Elementary Recycles."

The fifth grade flag football season ended with a cookout. Goodwin players showed consistent improvement through the weekly practices and games. Players from all the schools demonstrated the good sportsmanship and teamwork that this league was intended to promote.
